The compliance of the Quality Management System to the international standards was approved by one of the leading companies in the field of standardization, certification and manufacture supervision - Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance (UK).
To comply with the requirements specified for the companies involved in manufacture of offshore platforms and equipment for oil and gas industry Quality Management System of «Oil & Gas Systems Baltia,LTD» was certified by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance against the requirements of ISO/TS 29001:2010
Non-Destructive Testing
In order to provide the inwards inspection of the materials and finished products inspection the company employed the quality control laboratory, that was certified by an independent body – quality control laboratory a subsidiary of «ISK «Atomstroy».
Certified level II experts perform the following types of NDT:
The experts have a long-term experience in their field of work. They are certified to carry out NDT against the Russian requirements and they completed the training required for working according to ASME and EN requirements gaining the right to issue the reports.
Quality control laboratory has all the required equipment from the world`s leading manufacturers to carry out relevant NDT: equipment for radiography, ultrasonic flaw detectors, MPI and Dye penetrant equipment.
Quality control of sandblasting, anticorrosion treatment, painting and lining is carried out at all the production stages.
